friend. This was 6-8 mos ago and then he calls and says a shop is trying to take off his wheel and said they cant get it off it must of been something we did to it? I explained to him that a stud is a wear and tear item and anything could of happened to it in the time period since we did it and even if it was a wk later it is still not our responsibility that the stud went bad! He signed a work order and signs all over the shop that explain that and he still wanted me to do something? I told him to call me on Monday as I was out of town and never heard anything until this! He is always trying to get something for nothing and again he is trying the same thing!

That is one flimsy excuse in my book. Cross threading a lug nut all the way to the rim is not wear and tear. I personally know many mechanics who agree that he shows very poor business ethics by not owning up to his workers incompetence. All we wanted was an apology, not money, the bad reference he will get in the community is on him not us. He talks about a good deal and getting something for nothing, well look at this shady business owner who thinks 175 dollars is a good deal to mount 4 tires. Good luck Wayne with you shady business

I have nothing to say about this man as he is a brother of a friend and has issues in a couple ways we will leave it at! I feel sorry for the next people that have to put up with this piece of work!!!!
