We have no problem issuing Mrs*** a refund for the diaphragms she is questioning. However, I would like the opportunity to explain that when we go out to a service call and it is necessary to troubleshoot a system sometimes it takes installing different parts in order to get to the
root of the issue. Troubleshooting for an irrigation system would be no different than the troubleshooting a mechanic would have to do for a vehicle. We install the parts that we believe will solve the issue and if it doesn’t work we try another part. I am not sure how this issue with Mrs*** fell through the cracks but we would like to rectify the problem by refunding her the $for the diaphragms and $for the time it took to install them. Revdex.com:My irrigation person did repair work to my system for over years, he retired, so I had to look for someone else. If he could not find the problem and installed a part I didn't need, he took it out, and kept looking. I paid for the time, but I did not have to pay for the part that was not needed. To my knowledge, that is how auto mechanics work too. You pay for the diagnostics but not for parts you don't need
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
