Poor customer service with a vindictive attitudeI was forced to use this company by my extended warranty provider Canyon State was too busy to provide us with a immediate date of service and had to take want they offered Upon checking the calendar, the dispatcher provided a date about a week away, and then provided a four hour time windowI complained to the company about the poor service and the fact that we were hard working individual and would be hard for us to take such a day off just to wait for the technician I complained as to why we could not be given a window more friendly to our schedule i.eweekends, late evening (after 3:00pm) The dispatcher just stated that it was just their policy, I requested the latest afternoon appointment and informed the dispatcher once the technician was at our home to call us and then we would immediately come to our residence (we both work within ten to fifteen minutes of our home) The dispatcher stated their technician could not wait, and I complained they expected us to wait four hours for them but couldn't wait twenty minutes for us to arrive Again I confirmed a Late afternoon appointment I asked that dispatcher if they needed any further information, she stated no and then I thanked her and hung up Shortly after I received a call from a different individual who stated they needed additional information and since I did not provide it they would provide repair services and not attend our service repair, after I had confirmed earlier our appointment for service with the dispatcher I have subsequently found out that this is a consistent pattern with this repair service and are not even listed on the Revdex.com website as an accredited repair service! This has caused a further delay in getting our appliances repaired as the warranty service has to locate a different service provider Again poor customer service with a vindictive attitude
