My name is [redacted] , and I was represented by this Wheeler UphamPCAttorney: [redacted] I filed three Postal EEO, cases in witch Mr***, represented me My cases were [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] MY Complaints was for violation of my disability rightsI paid Mr***, over three thousand dollars Case number [redacted] , was won in 2012, and that case was one Mr [redacted] advised me not to pursue because other cases filedthis was the only case won I informed Mr***, I did want to settle and wanted to file an appeal I the postal service offered a settlement of one thousand dollars to me and six thousand dollars to my attorney (Mr [redacted] ) I was sent a one thousand dollar checkI then contacted Mr***, and informed him that I would not sign it because I wanted to appeal the settlement agreementMr [redacted] , told me to sign that check and informed me it wouldn't affect me filing an appealMe not knowing and following the advise of Mr [redacted] , my attorney, who knew if I signed that check , it was an acceptance of that settlementMr [redacted] was paid almost ten thousand dollars, and I was paid one thousand dollars and I ended up losing over two thousand dollars After Mr***, filed the appeals, I would contact him for a status and he would refer my to a post office for answersI was block from emailing him and I had to write the EEO, in Washington DC, for answers concerning these appealsTo this day I've heard nothing from this attorney concerning these appeals I am very disappointed in the outcome of the casesIt seems as if this attorney hired for my cases was the one who had who filed theses violations because he was paid almost ten thousand dollars and I lost over two thousand dollarsI wouldn't recommend this attorney to any oneI am disappointed with his services
