Wheeler’s Collision & Paint Inc Talley Way Kelso WA 360-577- ID: [redacted] This RV came in with front damage and damage down the whole right sideAn RV with this much damage takes at least weeks to fixDue to the year make and model there were no new parts available and we had to order used parts from the east coastThe parts took four weeks to locate and receive from the vendors due to flooding and rain on the coast In addition to the extended wait on the shipment of the used parts, there were also parts that we had to have fabricated because they were discontinuedIn reference to the custome s complaint on august 25th, when her father drove hrs round trip to pick up the RV, the scenario is as follows; We were on track to deliver the RV to Mr [redacted] but had to install one more part that was scheduled to be delivered that afternoonHowever, when the part arrived it was incorrect and had to be sent backUnfortunately, there was nothing we could do to remedy the mistake that day and Mr [redacted] had to leave the RV here until we could have the part made Three days later we called Mr [redacted] to confirm that the RV had been finished and was ready for pickupWhen he arrived we went over the work we had done and he was satisfied with the finished product Wheeler’s takes all customer complaints seriously and we stand behind all of the work completed in our shopAfter discussing this issue further with the customer we believe that the customer is pleased with the work and the complaint has been ratified Thank you, Joe W [redacted] Vice President
