Just got and installed my new 22in Helo's this weekend on my Volvo XCthanks so much for the call and figuring everything out with me the TPMS bolt pattern tire size was 100% exact fitment no problems at all no vibrations or rubbing and shipping was quick!!!!!
I am a new customer of Wheel Fire, my usual site did not have the type of wheel I was looking for, and wheel fire had a decent price for them as wellHowever I do not recommend buying from this company unless you are willing to waitTheir site does say allow 3-business days, but the representative on the phone would not give me a clear explanation as to why its taking ten business days to ship my product that they verified was sitting thereI received my shipment from tire rack less than daysA big thumbs down to this company so far
Best customer service ever hadI ordered rims off line, the sent me the rims I ordered and there manufacture forgot to cut the hub to fit my vehicle requirementsI called and drove over to return the rims and I met with I think *** or *** who reimbursed me a little for gaswhen I returned to get the rims he gave me a pack of wheel locks and reimbursed me for gas again for the inconvenienceStaff was very polite and friendly I am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone!
My name is *** and I just wanted to share my experience with everyoneI ordered a set of fuel wheels and was ecstatic when I finnaly got but I had to wait until I could afford tiresWhen I bought my tires I had them mounted and balancned and put on my vehicle but turns out they had sent me the wrong bolt pattern believe me I was so irritated at the moment I contacted *** and *** from wheelfire and they immediately started helping me resolve the issueTurns out the wheel manufacturer shipped the wrong onesThe right set was overnight shipped to and I was refunded a dollars to my card! Talk about customer service!! It made me happy that they were constantly assuring me that they had my back and we are on your sideI would definitely recommend these guys because mistakes do happen but they can be easily resolved with guys like *** and ***

After doing my research on what MT tires I wanted I ordered a wheel and tire package and had them shipped to my body shop for my truck that was in an accident and needed all the wheels and tires replaced. I went with red dirt road wheels and Federal couragia tires. I got an email confirmation after payment was made that had a sales invoice attached showing both items I ordered. After the work was finished on my truck I went to go pick it up. It ends up that wheelfire sent the wrong tires (Gladiators instead of Federals) mounted on the correct wheels. After calling and speaking to wheelfire customer service they tired to blame me. After I emailed the individual the sales invoice showing that they were wrong they tried to blame the body shop. Now here I am 3 days later with this issue unresolved. I will update this review if they stand by their guarantee that if they ship the wrong item they will correct it however I am being told by customer service that it will be practically impossible for me to receive the actual tires I ordered. BUYER BEWARE
I was looking for some rims and tires for my car and I found wheelfire, I found what I was looking for online and ordered the rims. Got the product a few days later and put them on my car. Drives great looks great and the price was the best I found. I highly recommend them
