I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
What they have done by sending me a incomplete, unsatisfactorily built and damaged unit and not finishing is a punishable crime of itselfThe unit is still sitting there with thousands of dollars of work still needing doneAll I get is promises there sending someone to fix-There more then welcome to come out today and finish, they have never sent any of there guys, only said they were, no one ever showsThe ex employee *** has a completely different story on what took place and why he quit, Morals being the biggestI contacted *** as stated originallyWheelhaus set the unit roadside and has done nothing except contract a Plumber and Electrician to take care of the safety, code issues and completely re work the unusable drain configurationThey state they have also authorized payment to the Electrician and PlumberThey have not been paid and are threatening to lean property
Wheelhaus had several unexpected issues arise with *** *** cabin delivery The foreman, *** ***, and *** *** and *** crew, that were working on *** cabin were terminated late in the building process This crew was not performing to the standards that was
expected, overcharged our company for work completed at time of termination, and was then replaced by a new crew The electric work was overseen and installed by this former crew and it is our apology that there were issues Wheelhaus hired an electrician on site that corrected these issues. Unfortunately, during the shipment of the cabin, the driver from a reputable company made contact with a bridge that caused damage to the unit A couple of windows were broken in the unit and Wheelhaus organized the window manufacturer to come repair or replace the windows The transit company has said they will reimburse us for costs of repairs in this regard Wheelhaus then tried to set up a local crew to make the needed repairs along with other finishes of the cabin as we could not send the new crew at the time *** said he was in contact with the former crew, *** ***, and that the old crew was available to come address these issues At this time, we agreed if he was able to come do the work that we were fine with it as long as *** was too Wheelhaus discussed a list of repair work and made a list of materials needed It was our understanding that *** would set up the cabin and fix the remaining items that *** wanted addressed Later, it was discovered that all of the items were not addressed. Wheelhaus has always maintained with *** that we would work out all of the issues and make sure that all of the costs are handled appropriately for each party Wheelhaus continues to back up this claim and hopes to ensure *** satisfaction of the final product. Hello [redacted]-That would be great if you sent a crew out. The bigger items still needing completed and or repaired are as follows.All dry wall patches, drywall holes and cracks need repaired and unit will need repainted.Fireplace needs installed with the barn wood trim. Fireplace is missing mounting brackets.Cracked, chipped and scratched tile in bath need replaced.Loft window needs switched out, window on site.All kitchen cabinets need replaced with the BROKHULT cabinets as originally specified and ordered, I did not want or request the MAXIMERA style. I have a copy of your original correct order from Ikea, your iSell number is [redacted] if needed. Kitchen will need to be reinstalled and functional so doors can be opened. Microwave only opens half way, top kitchen drawer next to oven only opens if the oven door is open.Kitchen island support not installed correctly, pipe needs threaded and counter needs more support. It should have ply wood underneath to help support, the galvanized pipe is not enough.Support beam hanging off edge of deck needs centered. We got it half way there using jacks, not sure how to repair without completely removing and reinstalling.[redacted], I personally now have well over 60 hours of my own time meeting sub contractors, fixing, completing and cleaning this thing. I have missed many days of work, purchased many tanks of gas and wasted two months of my summer getting this to a satisfactory condition. If I were to invoice you from [redacted], my charges alone at my billing rate would be over $7,000.00. If you want more pictures of the unit before and after all the repairs I would be happy to send.

Wheelhaus has been in direct contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter and are working towards completion and delivery. We are communicating with Mr. [redacted] to amicably work out delivery and would like to have the cabin shipped to him within 30 days.
Dear [redacted] and [redacted],First off, Wheelhaus would like to apologize to [redacted] for any and all frustrations. As we mentioned before, Wheelhaus wants to take every course of action to rectify the situation and have the unit fully completed to what is expected. There was some miscommunication about Wheelhaus hiring of [redacted], as Wheelhaus thought [redacted] was going to handle any and all items for the completion of the unit on site. Wheelhaus was under the impression that it would be a simple and quick completion timeline once [redacted] was hired and that is not what occurred. At this time, Wheelhaus will have its team come to Fairplay, CO to finish any and all items with [redacted] unit to his full satisfaction. Wheelhaus will be in touch with [redacted] tomorrow, Monday 8/31, to schedule the team. Wheelhaus has been in touch with the plumber and electrician that their checks would be issued as well. Wheelhaus will also reconcile the other costs incurred with [redacted] and looks forward to resolving everything to its completion and [redacted] satisfaction. Sincerely,[redacted]Wheelhaus Inc
