Re: [redacted] To whom it may concern, These issues were addressed in the response dated Aug.17, The refund for the warranty was sent to [redacted] and cashed by them before her original complaint was ever filedAfter receiving her request in writing to Cheri to cancel the ***, it was cancelled that day and the forms were back dated to May 5,A check was also sent to [redacted] for $on Aug20, When we receive the check from the [redacted] with the refund amount calculations, we will send the proper refund amount determined by the [redacted] Co to [redacted] ***At that time I will consider this matter closedSincerely, Ali T [redacted]

[redacted] stopped by Wheels & Deals to buy a 2006 lnfiniti FX 35 on 10/10/2016. At that time shesigned a credit application, privacy notice and give us permission to run her credit. Prior to her leavingthe dealership she was asked If she would like us to see if our...

banks could work something out for her.She answered yes. Based on that answer we submitted loan application's on her behalf. Ms. [redacted] wasinformed of the bank's decision at that time. In summary Wheels and Deals processed her applicationin total,transparent manor and it is our belief that she was properly informed at each and every step ofthe way.
Ms [redacted] indicated to us that she was retaining an attorney. Based on her escalation of this matterand her concerns about our paperwork processes I advised her that I would not fax anything to anunknown fax number but would respond in writing to any complaint and would provide her attorneywith a copy of the credit application, Privacy notice and a copy of her driver's license. I also requested,via email, that she and her husband refrain from contacting myself or any employee of Wheels andDeals directly or otherwise. I made that decision after the very negative and verbally abusive phone call Ireceived from a man [who identified himself as her husband]. The content of which left me concernedfor the staff at the dealership.

In response to Ali's letter: The refund warranty was sent to [redacted] 3 weeks later than promised. (up to 8 weeks, it took 11) The amount refunded was not correct, it was missing $316.11, which after I filled this complaint was finally refunded and [redacted] insurance addressed. I canceled [redacted] in person at your facility the same time my mileage was documented. Thank you Cheri for stepping in and finally helping me get this nightmare resolved. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] insurance had been requested to be canceled in May along with the extended warranty, I am now being told they never heard of the request. I am paying interest because of the company's negligence.
 
I physically came into Wheels N Deals, I was required to in order to have my mileage documented. At that time, I was aware there were forms I needed to fill out, however since Jae the salesman is the only person who seems to be at the business on a regular basis... he said he doesn't have access to those forms, and they were locked and he didn't have the key. He assure me at this first visit he would take care of BOTH. I live in south king county... your business is in the north end of Seattle, it is not reasonable to expect me to stop in everyday in hopes to catch someone there capable to help assist. I have requested to have it emails to me... nothing. I came into the dealership... no help.
I have been trying to get the [redacted] insurance and the warranty canceled since MAY! I came to the dealership and the forms were not available, no one will take my phone calls, no one seems to be at the dealership whop has access to the forms. This is incompetence and neglect that is costing me money. I not only want the coverage canceled.... I want reimbursed for all the interest I am paying after the 8 week waiting period from MAY when this was supposed to have been taken care of.
 
How am I supposed to fill out a form that I can't get? I called the folks who cover the [redacted] insurance and they said it has to be done by the dealer since the cost was financed, the dealership will reimburse the lender for the cancelation. I have to get the cancelation form from the dealership... which has been IMPOSSIBLE.
 
 
I want re-imbursement.... moneys sent to my lender for the delays your people caused to this process... and are still.
CANCEL [redacted] insurance
Verify refund amount on warranty - warranty company said you needed to add additional money to the check. I want a copy of the cost breakdown.
REFUND the incurring expenses due to Wheels and Deals negligence
