your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The consumer called the Revdex.com and stated "their response was the situation was handled the same day which was a lie that they said they would fix my rim but I had to go back on Monday the following next week and they told me they would send my rim out That same week I went back on Wednesday to pick it up I noticed immediately nothing had been done to my rim I took a micro fiber cloth and wiped away black marker which I assume was a black sharpie I was furious at that moment I took the rim to my house I did not know what to do I contacted the Revdex.com I contacted Tire Universal and spoke to another gentlemen and asked for a receipt to see if they had my rim repaired They told me they would not give me a receipt I told them I still completely dissatisfied My rim still had a large scratch and I had touch up paint on my rim I have pictures The person the phone told me to bring it back in and he would fix everything this was Friday after I picked up my rim I returned the rim two days later and it looked perfect I asked him why it wasn't like this the first time I picked it up He said it probably was not sent out They mounted and balanced my tire I took my tire home Later I was driving my car and my tires were not balanced I went to another place to have tires mounted and balanced and it now drives like when I first bought it."
