On Friday 1/29/I took my children to Wheels of WonderIn the past I would give my children cash to spend as they likeRoutinely, there was missing change when they returnedLast night I decided I would be the one to handle the moneyWhen I got up to assist my children with their purchases I left their shoes under a tableI returned to find the shoes missingUpon asking a staff member I was advised I had violated the locker policy and they had taken the shoesI would now have to pay $to have my belongings releasedI was advised this policy is postedI did find a rule poster hanging at ceiling level asking skaters to lock belongings in a locker but I was unable to locate a policy informing me that I would have to pay a fine if I did not use the lockersManagement refused to return my shoes until I paid for themI was not offered a receipt for my forced "purchase" and I did not see this fee listed anywhere in writing to show me there would be a charge for this "service"I feel robbed
