Please do not buy anything from this poorly operated businessThe customer service is absolutely deplorableI received the wrong rimThe picture for the rim I purchased did not have the correct part number under itSo, a company representative informed that it was my error, despite me sending them a picture of the rim AND THE MATCHING PRICE I PAID FOR ITThe part number was for another rim THAT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE ONE I PURCHASEDTHEREFORE, THEY RIPPED ME OFF BECAUSE THE RIM I RECEIVED WAS ACTUALLY SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER THAN THE ONE I PAID FORAgain, this company NEVER acknowledged thisThe lady I spoke with was very sarcastic and rude, and she would not even tell me how long it takes to process their returnsI had to request to speak with the manager just to get an answerIn addition, this company charges a ridiculous 20% RESTOCKING FEEone-fifth of what you pay for the purchaseThis is a blatant rip off and a way for the company to make sure it retains funds for every purchase, despite customers being unsatisfied with the product and returning it in the exact condition it was receivedThis is such a shady business practiceAs a college student, I am beyond disgusted with a company keeping 20% of my hard earned (and needed) moneyPlease do not make the same error I did; do not purchase anything from wheelstiresandmore.comUse your hard earned money at a more reputable business!

Placed an order, was confirmed, charged and shipped quickly and accuratelyReceived the package, found it was the wrong part (wrong side of vehicle), contacted them (via their "email only" policy, but requires a phone number to submit a message?) and they sent a return shipment label and said as soon as UPS had the return in their system they could release the correct part, cool
I had to reach out to them a week later asking the status, got an "Oops, we're sorryWe'll overnight it, on our dime."
days later I still never had the package, let a lone a shipping confirm/tracking number
I replied saying unless it is arriving today, cancel this order and refund me immediatelyI got an email minutes later that my order was refunded-but no message/explanation; meaning, it was still probably sitting in their warehouse
