The customer has been contacted, (the alleged incident was realized by customer Sunday 4/24/2016, she said it happened on Saturday 4/23/2016, we were in contact with her Monday 04/25/2016) We explained to her that the car wash could not have done this damage to her car, we had no
other scratched cars that day and the scratches are not consistent with the way the wash worksWe had Carwash Technician on site Monday morning to check machine, and All was in order and running correctly She said she had been out and about that day and she could have got the scratches somewhere elseShe is filing an insurance claim with her insurance, and not usThe lady was very friendly, courteous, and niceThe issue has been resolved between both parties, per conversation with customer 04/25/
