Response:Complaintant is correct in that the job has not been finished, however, she will NOT allow us back to finish the jobShe does have A/C and heat with a brand new system and has yet to pay the balance owedWe still need to get in to finish the HERS testing (which will find any duct leaks)
but she will NOT return DOZENS of calls to get this wrapped upWe have tried for weeks and months to contact her to obtain the final inspections and HERS testingShe refuses to return a call and/or text messages on a daily basisWe have tried to contact her to get in to resolve her airflow issue as well but she will not return a call, we cannot by law, just enter her home without her acknowledgement or allowance firstShe is the one holding up the job being completedWe do have a signed agreement from her, we do have a permit on file, we are waiting for her response for HERS testing and state inspection, otherwise the system is installed and workingHer complaint of it not working during the heatwave was addressed the SAME day that she called, pulling me away on a Saturday from my only sons Engagement PartyI have done everything in my power to please and satisfy this client but she will NOT return a call and then complains that it's me holding up the jobShe has so far only paid half of a completely installed HVAC system with new duct work, we should be the ones filing a complaint and NOT herHer complaint will be fully resolved once we hear from her and can schedule the inspections and required tests
