These services Mrs. Furca was charged for at time of her making decision to purchase the home. We have long list of people that are on the repair schedule and every one of them was told that there is waiting period before we can commence the work. They were and are waiting patiently. We cannot honor one person more than the other. I talked to Mrs. Furca and explained all that; however, she wants things done her way and at her time and as it is convenient for her….but so are other people who’ve been waiting. She tried to accuse us of not wanting to do the repairs to which I replied that we do but she has to wait just like everyone else. When she wasn’t treated above everyone else but like everyone else she got angry. She decided to use all kinds of avenues to get her repairs at time that is convenient for her. It is her right, but we still cannot move her up the list and appease her while others pushed to the side. As I told her we will try our best to start the repairs sooner than later and that is the best we can promise. She also accused us for not calling back. She called us on July 11, 2016 and as I was just about to dial her number on the morning of July 12, 2016 she called in. She is very impatient woman and doesn’t like to hear word “wait”. We still have her on the schedule at her request and, as it was told before, we will do ANYTHIGN we can to do repairs on her property sooner than later or as soon as possible. Thank you,*
