[redacted] only signed up on 12/9/14, so we're not sure why she's gone to the BBB so suddenly. She has overstated the amount of times she has contacted us, but nonetheless this dispute was resolved on 12/23/14.

The zip code search parameter works such that, when a parent enters a zip code (i.e 92627), it will return tutors having the first digits in common (i.e 926XX). Nationwide, that's the best way for the search to work well. However, parents often search many neighboring zip codes which is helpful for finding tutors. ALSO, if a tutor never selects his/her subjects (i.e their *Profile Page* is incomplete), the "FIND A TUTOR" search will never produce results with that tutor's *Profile Page* being among those listed.Obviously we are not a scam, and our standing with the Revdex.com confirms this -- we wouldn't continue to connect many thousands of tutors with parents/students every month if this were the case. Additionally, we're on page of google for many common search terms such as:find a tutorfind a tutor near mefind a tutor online for freeetc

*** was given a full refund of $29.99, as his complaint was warranted -- his emails were not addressed in a timely manner unfortunately. That being said however, with regards to his claim that he "never received" the 3rd email with the initial login and password, this is simply not
possible as the entire siprocess, including registration, is automated. As such we will not issue a refund of the "first $29.99"

COMPANY RESPONSE TO: Case #: ***Consumer Name: *** *** Ms*** was given a full refund on March 20, -- this is only days after she initially purchased her membership so were not sure what she means by "my emails were never returned." Regarding her statement
about having issues with "the website changing [her] information, etc," *** did not create her *Profile Page* properly -- i.eshe was creating/using a username that was invalid. As such, her *Profile Page* was being reset each time she clicked "SUBMIT." In any event, *** was given a full refund of her $membership fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am satisfied with the refund and I was credited in a timely fashion. However, I wrote about seven emails and did not hear back from the company. I only heard back from their billing service. Additionally, I did not create my profile in a faulty manner. Rather, the website is a fraudulent one. I know this because I received confirmation of my profile after I initially created it but then couldn't locate it by searching the site. If it was being reset each time I searched for it, then I would have found it in a subsequent search. So either the website is faulty or the company is a scam and based on other reports I found online, it is a scam.
