Response: [redacted] I am truly sorry you didn't have a good experience with Whet Your Palette booking. I wanted to respond to your concerns. >"Online booking didn't work."The class you were wanting to book was full as of February 15th, therefore not allowing you the option to pick a time and... book. I believe your first communication with us was on February 22nd (See below). Yelp message of Feb 22nd, 3:47pm was responded to from a social media service that responded on our behalf. We were not aware of the message as we don't check and subscribe to Yelp. We have stopped using this service for various reasons. The only email we are showing from a [redacted] is from November 15th asking about the December schedule. If another email is sent we have no record of it - perhaps it went into spam and was deleted? We received one voicemail Feb 23rd, 12:13pm, Tuesday. We are closed on Tuesdays. I do apologize for no one returning your voicemail. I would suggest calling on days and times we are open for quicker answers to any issues or questions you may have. We also recently hired someone who will be primarily focused on voicemail and email customer communications. >" [redacted] policy won't allow refund." We contacted [redacted] to ask for a refund for you. [redacted] at [redacted] has informed us that you have already received a refund from them. Please let us know if that is not the case and we will make sure this is rectified! >"So, now, stuck with coupon unable to use." All of our [redacted] s are available to be used for any of our classes. You should have been able to register for any class that had availability. If this is not the case please let us know asap so that we can resolve this issue. Again - they should be valid for all Evening Calendar Classes that have seats available. [redacted] we are truly sorry that you were disappointed that you could not participate in the class you were wanting. We can only allow so many people in our class in order for everyone to be able to enjoy themselves. We would love for you to join a class that isn't full and give a more accurate review on the experience.
