We ***, Vietnam want to make this complain against Whiitestone LLC, Newyork who entered into a contract with us On *** March 2017 to supply Five hundred mt. of dried raw cashew nut from Benin, Africa. As per the contract attached herewith dated *** March 2017. We made 10% advance payment of Usd 95000 as per their performa invoice attached herewith. Even after many reminders they failed to make the shipment or supply us the goods. hence we asked them to return the advance paid by us. After many reminders. they only returned back Usd 44500 out of Usd 95000 and have still failed to return the balance amount of Usd 50500, We have been asking them many times to return the money. however they do not reply nor are they returning the balance amount inspite of many warning letters of us taking stick action against them. We have informed them that they have cheated our company. This has not just caused us loss of money but also effected our business badly and we have incurred heavy loses due to they not making the shipment and not return the advance in full in timely faction.

We trust that Revdex.com will take up this matter on urgent basis with Whiite Stone LLC and help us to get out balance amount & other loss amount back. We will appreciate your help to take this company to task so that they never cheat companies based in other countries robbing them of their money and causing tremendous problems in business and health. we can provide all documents and paperwork regarding this complain if required.
