Very easy to use, loads fast but if you expect anyone to reply to an e-mail or phone call forget it It's been a year since I e-mailed billing about an invoice issue and days I've been trying to get tech support, only to hear a message saying tech support is not available I'm wondering if anyone actually works there I've got people who can not purchase tickets to my event, a few that the system let them through, paid, but never received their tickets Nobody will help me Even worse, their website says they are Revdex.com Accredited, but the Revdex.com site says they aren't
