In regard to [redacted] complaint [redacted] electronically signed an agreement in our store thru [redacted] Financial They knew the terms and were given the contract They also signed up for automatic payments in which they knew was going to be taken out of their checking account We also give a purchase agreement to customer that states that they need to get a health check up at a vet within hours She waited months to take puppy to vet It is not our responsibility for the care and well being of your animal I do hope that your puppy has a fast recovery If you have proof from vet you should bring it in to us as per your agreement statesWe stand behind all our puppies

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did not sign anything electronically they signed it for me and the name is spelled wrong. I called a vet because she was breathing heavy and whisker wings and wild things told me it was because she was in a cage and had no exercise. I did not receive anything saying she needed to go to the vet with in 48 hours until the 48 hours was over. Also I'm not automatically getting the 75.00 out of my checking account I just send in the money each month. I have all papers to prove that she was born with a hole in her heart and her vet check up. She also goes back to the vet in two weeks. I will never go to whiskers wings and wild things again and I will make sure to let everyone know not to also.
