Review: Went here on super bowl sunday. Checked my jacket and overnight bag at coat check. Came back to get my bag and my bag was gone. Coat check lady and bar acknowledged that they lost my bag and that I should be compensated, sent manager a list of items with estimated value (total $2175) in my bag and told them that I had a witness who could verify each and every item in my bag. Bar also has security video cameras. [redacted] took two weeks to respond and then only offered to compensate me for 1/5 of the value ($400). Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated in full ($2175) for the value of all of the items that I lost, including my bag. Anything less is unsatisfactory.
