Outstanding...It is refreshing to know that Customer Satisfaction means something still. From the very beginning...the sales representative was honest, and fair. He provided me with everything I needed to know, and offered a quote that was fair and flexible. But it didn't stop there...I was given a contact to assist us with financing and the sales representative continued with following up with the financial institution to be sure that we were attended to. Once work began, the representative was checking day by day with his workers and to ensure my satisfaction...When anything became a inconvenience, noise, dumpster removal, clean up, etc etc. , this representative was there to resolve it quickly and efficiently.
Again, Pitt Crew was great...professionally, and customer service.
