I was referred to this company through a friend, and was looking to have a long-lasting relationship, as I order a lot of kratomThe first order went fineI paid and it was delivered to my house in a timely fashionThe problem arose with the second orderI placed it in October After waiting for about 2-weeks, I e-mailed the company but never heard backThis company is supposed to be out of Illinois, but there's no phone # to reach themI waited longer, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but still nothingFinally, on November 6, I received an e-mail stating that my package was returned as unclaimed and they gave me a refundI'm glad to have received the refund, but I actually just wanted the merchandiseNot sure why or what happened, I e-mailed them the same day, trying to figure out what occurredYou don't know who
