In June, 2017, I contracted Whispering Hills Landscaping Company to do work that included planting decorative shrubs I stated concern about the condition of the plants at the time they were being placedI was constantly assured that they would be alrightThe plants began dying before the Fall of the yearAfter the Winter, the shrubs just did not progressThe owner of Whispering Hills claims that his work is only warranted for six monthsHe did not inform me of this until I started calling him about the plantsI would not have used his services knowing that six months from the time of planting, was in the middle of winter
