this place is a getto owner dont care as long as he gets rent the place is infested with bedbugs roaches mice and termites people let their dogs poop every ware rent is way to high they put no money in this place I thought they had to paint it every so many years there are alot of mutipule families living in apartments which im pretty sure are not legal he charges dollars an apartment apartments over a dollars to empty dumpsters times a week charges every one gas have not seen his bill once and im sure hes charging us for lundry rooms maintance rooms and office he charges water sewer and thrash total on top of high rent
