I am rejecting this response because:I will address each of Mr***'s comments.To whom it may concern:It is our desire that all who comes to visit us in the Hocking Hills will have a awesome experience encountering natureMr [redacted] complaint was very ambiguousWhen someone does that they want people to use there imagination and not subject them selves to criticismOne of his complaints was that the pillows on the full size bed did not match in thicknesspeople out of would not even waste there ***e and vacation on that issueI assured him that they have new sheets and comforters and well as pillowsThe matching one in thickness was simply on the twin bed feet away Response: My conversation on the phone with [redacted] NEVER mentioned anything about the "thickness of the pillows" My comment was regarding the ODOR some a few of the pillows hadHe stated that the stair rail was unsafe, when I arrived I found a spindle kicked out about inchesI don't know who did it but I can assure you when I left before his arrival it was not that wayIt is repaired nowResponse: The rail was very wobbly going up the stairs and at the top I did not see any spindles that were loose As you can see he did not address the issue regarding my issueWe have protective coverings on all of our mattresses, they removed them and was not authorized to do soResponse: We did not remove ANY covers from any mattresses Two of the mattresses had no coverings See PhotosI want to share examples with you.The customers who arrived after them was young couples with young childrenI said to them that they may encounter bugs because it is prime ***e.Also that the last customer left mad because of bugsThey said to me "Oh my God what do you expect it in the woods"I was standing outside talking to another customer and the woman said "Look there is a big black snake, OOO don't hurt it its so beautiful.I have shared these stories to show the customers perspective on a encounter with nature.There perspective anticipated an encounter with natureResponse: We did not leave mad, we left dissatisfied with the experience and dismayed at [redacted] perception of what is deemed acceptable in this industry and left the property as it was found We did call [redacted] while we were still at the property to discuss our dissatisfaction and requested a refund We have also filed a fraud charge with our bank based upon his representation of the property based upon the how the cabin is presented on his website See photosand YELP postings from other clientsMy cabin is surrounded by pines and woods, no blacktop no concrete no manicured lawn with pesticideI can not draw an imaginary line around the cabin and tell the bugs to stay outside the lineIt doesn't workI am not about to change Mr***s perspective on an encounter with nature in the hills I'm also not going to be responsible for his perspectiveAgreed There is no way [redacted] can be responsible for my perspective His cabin is dilapidated and in disrepair (See Photos) Based upon my years experience staying in the region this cabin is in no way valued at approx$per night [redacted] ***

The matching one in thickness was simply on the twin bed 5 feet away. He stated that the stair rail was unsafe, when I arrived I found a spindle kicked out about 6 inches. I don't know who did it but I can assure you when I left before his arrival it was not that way. It is repaired now.We have protective coverings on all of our mattresses, they removed them and was not authorized to do so.I want to share 2 examples with you.The customers who arrived after them was 2 young couples with 5 young children. I said to them that they may encounter bugs because it is prime [redacted]e.Also that the last customer left mad because of bugs. Agreed.  There is no way [redacted] can be responsible for my perspective.  His cabin is dilapidated and in disrepair (See Photos).  Based upon my 15 years experience staying in the region this cabin is in no way valued at approx. $250 per night.
