I am responding to your mail regarding complaint by [redacted] .The mail he wrote, I don't know the truth however, there's lot more to itThe bottom line is his smog failed and he is not happyHe didn't want to pay when it failed to begin with and after leaving our shop, he started to look for ways to recover what he paidOn the failed smog there's not much we can do about itWe are heavily regulated by The State and we can't pass his vehicle that would have made him happy:(After failing smog, this customer went home and called us complaining four different damages on his car that was caused by us during smogFirst my mechanic spoke with him and he had enough of him and pass me the phoneI am the owner and have been doing business at this site for last yearsI take very good care of my clients and I go out of my way to please themI talked to him for long time trying to resolveAfter talking to him for long time, he started to softening on other three damages and he is stock on one damage (cable) and I still don't believe we did damage itThis customer is one of those hard to make him happyThe bottom line is this customer didn't want to pay for smog when it failed and looking for ways to recover what he paid to usNow you do what you feel right.***-

Regarding the reply from Last Smog on my complaintfirst, I was not upset because my vehicle failed the smog test.I paid the cashier with no problem or incidentI left the businessAnd drove home.When I arrived at homeI drove my vehicle into my garage andWent to open the hood.When I reached down to pull the hood release, the entire hood releaseAssembly was hanging down and pieces of plastic on my floor carpetingI looked and found the entire unit was broken off from the dash.I immediately reported this to Last Smog.When I first arrived at home my interior lights would not come on.The interior lamp had been turned off by Lart Smog, corrected okMy only complaint is that Lart smog technician brokeMy Hood Release assembly and instead of taking responsibility andReimbursing me for the damages incurred by them, they rather intimidate me by attacting my character, in which I do not appreciate.Lart Smog damaged my vehicle and I seek the amount to pay for theReplacement part that Last Smog damaged
