Which he left un-tested His inspector also did not test the patch for leaks, and told me all was fine All I did was turn on the valve at the meter after everyone left, since "all was fine." I had no way of knowing and no information was given to the effect that, as he implies, that action was illegal Thank you, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Reply to ComplaintManufactured Home Inspector inspected the issue and failed the inspection due to water heater and furnace wasn't allowed for manufactured homeInspector and Contractor explained to homeowner the reasons for the failed inspectionThere was no need to look under the
structure as repairing a yard line doesn't require this and customer stated it was a manufactured homeCustomer complained that contractor made up HUD and VIN# and states contractor told customer that he got HUD and VIN# from DQ 4/of a mile awayFalse, contractor at no time told customer anything about thisIt isn't required to show VIN or HUD number when purchasing a permit on-lineWe feel like customer looked at the top right of invoice where it says Off Cactus behind DQThis was for direction purposes only and nothing to due with HUD or VINwill be refunded but first visit on 4/was from 1:00-4:30 but because the on the invoice does look like a we will take responsibility If the leak still leaked then it's because there is proof in attachments that show customer tampered with gas meter by removing the lock on gas meter and re-connected the gasThey caused this to leak due to their actionsIf other plumber charged customer for other parts then either customer or other plumber kept those parts and no refund will be given for thatCustomer had a copy of the permit showing that it was thru Manufactured HousingCustomer should know if there home is a manufactured home, house, mobile home or modular home and stated to us it was a manufactured homeGas company called police and police report shows that customer removed gas company stop and meter was pulled

Regards,
[redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]Nothing plumber says makes any rational sense.  He is desperate to keep his Revdex.com status. In this reply, I cannot see any of his diatribe, so that I cannot reply in specifics.  In the final analysis, not a single sentence makes sense.  If I was home the entire time they were on my property, then why would I not answer the door when a policeman rang the bell?  If I were feeding in the barn, my very protective dog would have let me know a stranger was on the premises.   EMW Gas never complained about my turning on the gas after this pair left.  They just shrugged, and proceeded on with their work.     All else is bluster and lies and inability to understand what I have said.    His first statement, which I cannot see here, states that I lied when I first called him out, and that is a complete falsehood!  I called him to fix a leak in my gas line, on my side of the meter.  Period.  Which he DID NOT DO, and caused a month of grief for me, in his failure to ask one basic question:  why did I insist the home was "stick built".  He accused me, if I remember, of telling him it was a mobile home.   Something I would NEVER DO, since I have lived her for THIRTY YEARS, all the while believing it was site-built.  Need I say more?

First, customer lied due to on April 20, 2015
called and stated that the neighbor had ran over the gas meter to his
manufactured home and that he needed it repaired. The documents show that
customer damaged their own gas line. There is ample proof that the customer did
cause the damage to the gas meter by digging a hole and penatrated the gas line
which caused the leak the first time.
Second, customer states that she never saw
a police officer which could possibly be true as documents have been given
stating that customer never came out of the house.  The gas company called the police because customer
or their agent tampered with the gas meter. Customer did more than just turn
the valve at the meter. Customer cut the lock off of the meter to get to the
valve. This was illegal and gas company contacted the police and gas company
pulled the gas meter and police report was filed.
Third, the gas line repair was holding pressure
and there was a gauge on the gas line and this is how the inspector knew it
wasn’t leaking so this is why inspector told customer it was fine.  In fact due to customer assaulting the
contractor and throwing him off of the property there wasn’t time to get our
gauge or try to work anything out as customer was screaming and yelling the
entire  time by throwing us off the property
due to being angry since inspection failed. Customer even states that they
turned the valve back on because inspector stated the line was fine but now
claim it leaked again after inspector left. There is proof the handyman was
filling in the hole so he could have damaged the line again or when customer tampered
with meter causing it to leak again.

Customer is being dishonest and perhaps should
read all the attachments showing proof that they tampered with meter.. You
never stated it was a house, you stated it was a manufactured home, you had the
permit in your possession the day before the inspection and never said a word
that it wasn’t a manufactured home and the permit even had big lettering that
it was Manufactured Housing.  The
inspector considered it a manufactured home.
Customer always stated it was a manufactured home.  Customer at no time ever stated it was a
house to either the contractor or the inspector when they explained the furnace
and water heater weren’t designed for a manufactured home.

Customer did know due to documentation provided
in attachments that tampering was made and this was not allowed by gas company
for customer to cut off the lock to meter and re-connect the gas line themselves.
Meter was pulled by gas company.

We stand by our offer to refund the $95.85 and
will not take your threats of contacting a lawyer as a way to meet your demands.
You have changed your complaint to wanting a partial refund and now want a full
refund shows you think you can intimidate our company

Customer isn’t taking any responsibility for
their mistakes or actions and we won’t be threatened by your accusations.  We have agreed to the 95.85 refund but nothing
more.
