As stated on the receipt, it is a fix or replace warrantyShe's been offered to come in and pick out a dryer, which she declinedWe also offered to send her one, which she acceptedWe picked out a smaller one that will fit in her house and have it ready to deliveredDelivery requires us to contact her by phone so we can set a time and make sure she's home so we don't drive all the way over there for nothingShe won't answer her phoneWe're still willing to deliver the dryer but she'll have to be available by phone

I am rejecting this response because: I told them that I have chronic back pain and cannot come inI also told them that in light of their unacceptable delay in responding regarding my dryer I just wanted a refund for the dryer costThey have not attempted to call me to schedule a delivery unless they were using a blocked or private number which they never did in the past.
