I p[aid $for a *** *** inserter/folder machine early June and did not receive until July A tech came to my home on July and was supposed to train me on the machine and ensure it was functioning properlyIt did not operate as expected/promised and the tech could not figure out how to make the machine do a fold only job and called other techs who also did not know so he left promising someone would be there on Thursday (July 5) but it would not be him because he was off that day and I agreedThursday came and went with no call or followup so I contacted both *** and Whitaker bros to inform and long story short no one took ownership and sent me a tech out to complete my training and ensuring machine would do a fold only job so I gave them a second chance still no results so I contacted both *** (as told by Whitaker bros) and talk to Travis D*** and told him I wanted to return the machine and get a refund and the reason was because no one responded
