First let me say that Mr. Rick Whitaker was always respectful and pleasant on the phone. Unfortunately, he would tell me what I wanted to hear instead of what would actually happen - or not happen. I had to make multiple calls regarding a recurring leak. He would not show up as promised. There were times that he would say that someone had been to the house, but I would not know about it because no one called before coming and I was never informed of the visit. Many calls to Mr. Whitaker were unanswered. When I left messages, my calls were not returned. I finally tired of making repeat calls, staying at home waiting for someone who never showed up, etc. I contacted another company, and the source of the leak was identified.
