Extremely happy with our shopping experience at Whitby Furniture Outletwe bought a custom sectional and Sonny was so patient and accommodating as we decided colour, fabric, style and negotiated a very reasonable priceBut even more impressive was the customer service and the quality for the money you payLiterally every phone call was always returned promptly and even when delivery was slightly delayed the staff contantly kept us in the loop with updatesThe delivery guys were polite and worked extra hard to get it into our basementBeautiful and solid sectionalVery impressed all aroundThank you Whitby Furniture Outlet!

I waited two weeks for a sectional to be ordered and deliveredI paid dollars for the sectional and the day it was to be delivered they called after I had been waiting in my empty new home for five hours waiting and told me they ordered the wrong one by accidentI had them order a new one and was told I would have to wait days for the replacementFinally the replacement came and when they came to deliver it they broke three huge holes in my wall and smashed the sectionalMy mom, who was receiving the sectional for me as I had to work asked them to leaveI called the office and was assured they would order yet again another sofa and fix my walls and they would call me backI tried to call for a week and nobody would return my call, when they did answer once the employee hung up on meI finally got fed up as I had no couch and had spent the money on it***I got to the store and the manager said he wouldn't fix the wall because he had already lost money from the broken couch....which they broke.....and that he didnt have to give me my money back of they didn't wantI could have another couch for the same cost....after arguing I said give me a refund and I don't even care about the wall I just want my money back and I will never use you againHe finally agreed to refund theone Now although I have my money back I have dollars if not more of damages to fix and no sofa in my houseI had a very bad experience and not once through the entire ordeal were they nice I feel taken advantage of and I would have fought to have my home fixed if the manager didn't make me feel like I would not get my money backI will take my refund and shop elsewhere but I hope other people review the place before shopping thereThis had been the worst retail experience I have ever had
