I have tried repeatedly to get exterminating service from this company to no avail
Let me start by saying I have used this company for several years to service my home and have recommended them to my daughter and friends only to be embarrassed by the fact that the exterminator contacts us sets an appointment and then shows up late or never comes I have discussed this with the owner and still can not seem to get my old contract in serviceI have always paid my bill and have contacted them again recently to get my home serviced and was told they would text employee and have them call me That was weeks ago and I am still waiting for that call A company that started out to be one that I highly recommended has now turned out to be one that has very bad business practices I hope in the near future they can correct their problems with employees no shows or no contact with customers
