Hello and Good MorningMy name is [redacted] of [redacted] XXXXXMy telephone number is XXX-XXX-XXXXI recently bout a Nissan Altima from White Allen Chevrolet on Main Street in Dayton, Ohio in October of 2017, I believe it was the 17thOn April 1, my car made a really loud cracking and popping soundI was unable to move the vehicle and had to leave it on the side of the roadAfter having it towed home, then again to a shop and back home I learned the transmission went outI had tried to contact White Allen several times to have their team look at my car and was unable to get a response from themI finally spoke to [redacted] who sold me the car and he stated that I was not covered on no warranty and I stated to him that is not what he stated during the sell of the carHe said he was sorry about that and told me to have a good day!I was also told it was a certified pre-owned vehicle which it was not and it was listed on-line as pre-owne

So I took my car to white allen on 8/28/for a test because my check engine light was on and I told them that my history was a code and they it checked out ok but they told me something else was wrong which was the my air filter was very dirty and had excessive carbon build up so I told them to fix the car they charged me $so two weeks later my check engine came on again I called the office they told me to bring back so they could check it again w/o a charge so I took it back on 9/12/ [redacted] said it would cost I said noI took my car to [redacted] for the same thing they said the code failed immediately

It has been almost years since I bought my SUVI was told T that time my car would be fixedI today owe $for problems they should have fixed A year and a half backI purchased a Chevy Traverse from White Allen ChevroletI was told that my car would have the back knobs fixed along with a rubbing sound coming from the steering wheel (with a written paper saying so)I take the car back into the shop to get it fixedThey fix the knobs, bit say the steering wheel isn't what is making the noiseIt's the power steeringI say okay, fix itThey tell me it'll cost me money to fixI tell them they said they would fix what ever is making the noiseAnd that's what was written downSomehow the paper stating that had gotten lost when I gave it to them for the repairs (they lost it on purpose)After arguing with [redacted] the GM, I could definitely see there was an issue with how the company was ranI go back (thinking this was the only place that would accept my warranty) to just pa

The service center was dishonest about what was wrong with my vehicle and told me it wasn't covered under my warranty when it was
I took my car in to the service center on 1/to have them find out what was wrong with my carThe ride was very bumped and every time I went over a bump or something it felt like I was going to lose controlI mentioned that I had ran over a pothole but I had been experiencing the problems before handFirst, off I asked if it was something that was going to take longer than hours would I be able to get a loaner vehicle and I was told yesAfter waiting all day with no call back, I called them and was told by West that I needed new front struts and it would be about $and it was not covered under my warrantyThen he states we would have to order the parts and it would not be in until FridaySo, I asked if I could get a loaner car and was told there was none available and he hadn't had any for weeksSo, why was I told I would be able to get on

Was told that a coupon for dollar off coupon on an oil change was invalidThen had to wait minutes for the oil change even though I had an appointment
