The flowers were fine but I didn't enjoy them because the delivery person BROKE MY DOORBELL This happened when she slammed her heavy duty flashlight against it, since she had no free hands to simply touch the doorbell The touch pad was shattered to such an extent we had to drop everything to do surgery on it to remove the pieces Those pieces kept the connection live so inside our home, the doorbell continually rang, then buzzed, and eventually sparked, shorting out our electronics and shutting down our modem, which controls not only our online connections but our TVs and phone as well It ruined our evening Of course our doorbell had to be replaced, to say nothing of our scramble to get our electronics working and the internet back online What a major pain And how did White Bear Floral respond to my phone call that day? They ignored it It's been more than weeks I just called again and was treated coldly, with no apology, concern or resolutionAnd no return phone ca
