White Bluff Veterinary Hospital

My dog has been going to White Bluff Veterinary Hospital here in *** since about I have not been able to get any response or answer at this place of business for the last three weeks I stopped by last week, and there was a note on the door stating that the Vet (*** ***) had a stroke and they were sorry for any inconvenienceI do understand and sympathize with this---however, I do need to try to identify a new vet for my dog at this time I am trying to retrieve her file from this place of business so I can take my dog to a new Vet Unfortunately, I am unable to get in contact with anyone onsite at the location, and the one contact number I did have (was left on the sign on the door last week) for the *** *** (***) is going straight to voicemail (I also left a message yesterday with no return call as of now) The business number listed is ***I need your help and assistance as I try to get my dog's file so I can move on to a new Vet/business(My

I should've read the reviews! I'll give star only because the woman behind the counter was so nice (and because I can't give less than star)
I took my year old pup to get her annual vaccines and flea medsFirst, they wouldn't let me go back thereSecond, I could hear my dog SCREAMING
Lastly, they never actually told me what she was givenI was there over an hour, and the vet spoke to me for MAYBE minutesMy husky has had seizures in the past, so I mentioned themHe said, "your dog has fleas, and if she hasn't had a seizure in a while, she's fineWhy are you worried?" He wasn't actually going to speak with me to begin with
Let me tell you, this man told me my dog had fleas about timesLook, I got itThe backyard in my new house is like a sanctuary for those things
On my receipt, it says "allergy injection"No one ever specified what injection she was givenAnd even better, this vet DOES NOT carry flea meds in house! He doesn't carry ANY meds in house, other than cap starHe wrote my RX so I could order them from 1800PetMeds, and ended up he NEVER SENT THE RX INDo NOT take your animals here if you care about them in the slightestSpend the extra money and go to ***; they'll actually treat your pup with you right there, and walk you through each procedure
