Needed to have a shower valve replaced (I knew the problem but not the job)So I called and left a message with the receptionist and was told they would call to schedule an visitThey show up out of the blue, I would have been fine with that if they knew what they were here forThe plumber was inexperienced, and was on the phone getting directions from his manager, he stayed a total of minutes before he gave up and just capped the leakHe told me he would return tomorrow to finish the job, I told them I would call themI call the next day and they tell me it's $for yesterday and an additional $to finish the jobI told them I would welcome them to finish the job for but would not pay for 20min of unscheduled workThey told me they would not be returningThe next day a receive a bill for claiming they worked for hoursVery angry at how unprofessional they are beingI will not be paying the bill, because that amount is outrageous
