After last May's heavy rain/hail, I contacted [redacted] @ Whitecastle for an inspection/estimate of possible damage. [redacted] confirmed we had sustained total roof damage due to the hail. After contacting our insurance company and having our roof inspected by the insurance adjustor, it was indeed confirmed that a total roof replacement was warranted. A check was issued by the insurance company at which time [redacted] again met with us and explained the process. A date was set for the new roof replacement, as well as material options and colors. On set date, the roof was replaced with our chosen materials and in an extremely timely fashion. Whitecastle's professionalism in the entire job shined through with accolades all the way with consultation during to total cleanup during and after job completion. Also
, Whitecastle made a repair to some flashing that was noted during the roof install to a section of the chimney. Again, Whitecastle maintained true professionalism through out the entire process. Our many thanks and respect to the entire staff and crew at Whitecastle for a job well done! A#1
