am writing in response to the second letter that received regarding our company dealing with [redacted] The complaint ID is [redacted] Of course it is important to our company that each and everyone of our customers is well satisfied with their level of customer service and quality of the product receivedThis is why we have a simple method to handle customer complaints and one that I will initial immediately for [redacted] will issue a *** call tag for the product returnThe customer simply feeds to put the product back into a box and place in the appropriate spot (where her product is normally delivered by [redacted] *** will pick up the product and return to our company at our expenseUpon receipt, I will refund all monies that were paid to our company.This is a policy and practice for our company and one that will be more than happy to extend to this customer,Respectfully submitted,Janie PS [redacted] ***

This letter is in reply to your inquiry of July 13, re: ID *** The customer states that she did not receive her goods on time and that she attempted to cancel and return the order and contact Customer Service many times with no successThe complaint also states that she was hung up on on
the phone and received no response to her emails; in addition the goods were damaged.The Customer placed two orders with our companyThe first order was placed on 03/01/and was shipped on 03/02/17, which was a ThursdayWe use *** delivery service and *** does not consider weekends as business days and since her address was a two day ship date, her order was delivered on Monday 03/06/This was communicated to her in an email on Monday, March 06, The total of this original order was with a 10% discount being applied bringing the total charged to the customer of 89.74.The second order was placed on 03/02/and due to an unexpected delay, did not ship until 03/07/It was delivered on 03/09/The original order was The customer was given a 15% discount on the original orderI personally talked with the customer, apologized for the shipping delay, and refunded another to compensate for the shipping delayThe total charged for this order was During that conversation, the customer never told me that there was damage to either orders.AS for the other complaints, we are a family owned and operated business and work diligently to deliver good customer serviceIn the world of large investment owned business, Small Companies rely on Customer relationshipsWe all know the value in these relationships and no one in our company would ever intentionally hang up on a customer without having resolved an issue.Our return policy is simpleWe will issue a *** call tag or return label via email and as Soon as the product is returned to us, the customer refund is madeThis customer has never returned any product to our Company for credit nor has she requested the return.The purchase price (after multiple discounts) was not the that is being requested.look forward to a positive resolution of this issueWill await further feedback after your review.I will fax this response and follwith mailing a hard copy.Respectfully submitted,Janie PS***
