fail to respond to a customer's complaint if it is presented respectfully and honestly.I have received your letter of December 4, from my client. The machinery that MrM*** uses in his business is highly reliable, but we do not suggest that it is infallibleThe cost of a second car wash or a few quarters are not things that any car wash owner will allow to damage the goodwill of his business.We do take exception.to ** ***'s groundless suggestions which are reflected in your paperwork that there was anything intentional or systematic in any change malfunction she may have experienced.Accusing my client of dishonesty is certainly not the best way of asking for customer servicePerhaps you would want to counsel her that an apology for such statements is appropriate.*** *** may reach MrM*** at the telephone number that is published for the car wash with regard to any complaint she may have, now or in the futureI do not think it will be necessary, but she is welcome to contact me if MrM*** does not respond, and I will make sure that her complaint is addressed.Sincerely,
