Our technician called on 3-7-and notified *** about the concrete lid cracking as they were placing it back on tank*** asked then if it was cracked open or just a stress crack and they replied it appears to be only stress crackThey stood on the lid and it was secureThe customer called
*** and stated the lid was cracked and wanted to know what we was going to do about it, *** informed him that this happens but we could skim coat it to prevent any ground water leak but that the lid is the responsibility of the customerWe have since been notified of complaint and I *** *** called customer the next morning left message and he called me back and we discussed meeting and looking at the lid together to decide what should be done to resolve this problemWe have called him on occasions to set up him to meet and have not been able to schedule appointment at this time. *** *** II3-14-
