Review: We had White Glass install 3 shower doors (1) in our home and (2) at our cabin. I asked to pay when I came and ordered the doors, but they said to wait until the job was completed. They installed the door at our Eau Claire resident first, I then went in and paid. They had to have 2 people to install one of the doors at the cabin due to the fact it was extremely heavy and they had to go up a flight of stairs. I then paid White Glass for the second installation after it was completed. I thought everything was done taken care of and paid for. Months and months go by and I get a bill for the entire amount at the end of November 2015. So I called them and told them I had paid this bill even talked about our lengthy conversation we had about a vacation my husband and I were going to take. They mentioned they remembered the conversation, but couldnt' remember us paying. Now I was told by someone at White Glass that someone had retired and something else about their bookkeeper was going on. Anyway, I couldn't remember for sure how I had paid so I had to go to the USbank because I was sure I had written a check, but of course I had not after much searching I found a part of the bill to the tune of 2400.00 on a credit card. He asked me to continue to search for the rest. I Don't think this is fair. and another thing I was sharing this story with a good friend of mine from Eau Claire and they had received a letter from them as well, and were sure they had paid. I shared my story so they were aware. I don't want to be sent to collections. I want them to have to have responsibility if they are not doing their due diligence to their books. We have a company as well and so I understand the importance of keeping impeccable records.

Who's responsibility is this right now?

MDesired Settlement: I would like them to find the bill showing that I paid for the first door. I did all the leg work for the part of the bill. THey did nothing. I couldn't even believe he would ask me to find the rest. Where is the accountability on their part.
