Finally, after delivery, we discovered there were missing items from the shipment.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund of $1,000 for the missing items that were the bulk of value and for additional charges forced on me before delivery would be completed. The company made promises regarding door to door delivery that were not adhered to at all. It appears White Glove's partner in Egypt (freight receiver) was not on board with the total cost of shipment having been paid already.
