Ms [redacted] was serviced on last week 8/6/ Ms [redacted] initially contact us on 8/7/ The crew could have returned on 8/as Ms [redacted] called in on 8/as our offices are closed on the weekend Our policy is to return within business hours when possible to correct any issues after being advised by client Ms [redacted] was angry that we could not return the same day as she was calling and we were not goind to address areas such as the kitchen being recleaned or other living areas because numerous guests were in the home as previously mentioned During that conversation she cancelled We did not get any other reply from Ms [redacted] until receiving this complaint which has gone on for days Again, given that we are not servicing the entire home only a few specific areas This has nothing to do with the overall cleaning performed in one's home Moreover, it will not be weeks given the service was performed last Thursday8/ Two weeks would be 8/20/ If we receive an opening this week we will gladly advise Ms [redacted] and return to address the issues to finally close and cancel our relationship Otherwise we are offering our first currently available date of 8/17/2015.This is our final reply We have contact dispute resolution and they will step in going forward.Kind Regards,Mrs***

Dear Revdex.com:We spoke with Ms*** this morning in regards to these issuesMs*** had several guests in her home on yesterday The crew was there for hours times crew members Which equates to hours of service The home was in an extreme state of uncleaniness
Nevertheless, the crew did all of there cleaning routine The only areas that were not addressed was the windowsill in the powder and sweeping under a wooden bench that is at the front door + dusting of a top shelf on a bookcase The latter was intentionally not dusted as the crew was instructed not to touch the Africa art that is placed there We will service if client is present to remove the art and reset in place This note has been on Ms***g's paperwork from inception of services as she made special mention of the pieces All appiances were cleaned and shined with Ms***'s cleaning products that she asks we use One guest went in the refrigerator after the team member cleaned it The crew took pictures of the entire master bathroom as they wanted management to know that even though Ms*** had run out of her products, they throughly cleaned all areas of the bath and took several photos as proof {using our products}, as the master bath has been an area that the crew has had to return to address Today Ms*** requested that the crew return to reclean the entire home We are not obligated to reservice items that have been properly cleaned only because a client has guests and the guests are not tidy We advised that the crew would return to address the sweeping under the wooden bench and the windowsill, as well as dust a bookshelf noted in her email to us This did not satisify Ms*** She then instructed MsFrances, in customer care to cancel her service We complied Ms*** then did not want to cancel her servic"because she had been through so many other services and the ladies do clean well and our services are really good" At that point, we agreed that it was best to cancel We do not owe any refund of service as yesterday's service should have been upcharged due to the extremely unkept state in which the home was found upon our arrival Even Ms*** mentioned to MsFrances that she knew the house was very messy and normally not in such a state.We have the conversation recorded if a representative cares to review We still offere to return to address the sweeping underneath the bench and will also re-mop the area as well as address the windowsills and bookshelf {if client removes art} This is our policy and was signed and acknowledged by Ms*** in her Confirmation of Services and Company Policy Agreement {executed copy attached for viewing} We can also attach a signed copy Agreement Again, We will gladly return for those areas No company should be obligated to re-service an area simply because a client's house guests are cooking, eating, drinking and lounging in the home and the client arrives hours later to find areas dirty that were cleaned properly by the crew By Ms***'s own admission, she has been through many other services We are now added to that list, unfortunately We have made every effort to make Ms*** happy to no avail.Kind Regards,Mrs***

Ms. [redacted] was serviced on last week 8/6/15.   Ms. [redacted] initially contact us on 8/7/15.  The crew could have returned on 8/10 as Ms. [redacted] called in on 8/10 as our offices are closed on the weekend.  Our policy is to return within 24 business hours when possible to correct any issues after being advised by client.  Ms. [redacted] was angry that we could not return the same day as she was calling and we were not goind to address areas such as the kitchen being recleaned or other living areas because numerous guests were in the home as previously mentioned.  During that conversation she cancelled.  We did not get any other reply from Ms [redacted] until receiving this complaint which has gone on for days.  Again, given that we are not servicing the entire home only a few specific areas.  This has nothing to do with the overall cleaning performed in one's home.  Moreover, it will not be 2 weeks given the service was performed last Thursday. 8/6.  Two weeks would be 8/20/15.    If we receive an opening this week we will gladly advise Ms. [redacted] and return to address the issues to finally close and cancel our relationship.  Otherwise we are offering our first currently available date of 8/17/2015.This is our final reply.  We have contact dispute resolution and they will step in going forward.Kind Regards,Mrs. [redacted]
