White Hall Manor

I prepaid to stay at a luxurious bed and breakfast for a continuing education meeting. When I arrived I was given a room in a barn. I had to use my phone flashlight to find the door lock as I could not find lighting in the main barn. The room did not have soap or toilet paper. It also was quite far from the main house and the gate to the area was propped open and not secure. I explained to the manager I would not stay as the most basic amenities were not provided and it did not feel safe. I have requested a refund and the manager and owner refuse to even respond to any calls or emails.
