I am rejecting this response because: I absolutely understand that this is an expensive form of borrowing It keeps getting more and more expensive The full amount of the loan was stated and their website does encourage you to pay off the loan early to save money That is the point As stated in the complaint, I paid off the loan very early Since they changed to installment loans, I have never paid off a loan without at least a portion of the principal having been paid, whether I had only made two payments or twenty Granted, each time less and less of the principal seems to be paid, but there has always been something I discussed this at length with the representative when I took out this loan because I was so frustrated with the small amount of principal paid with two payments on the last loan This time NOTHING was paid on the principal In fact, after paying more than the loan amount in interest, I was informed that I still owes more interest (or fees) I am supposedly a VIP customer and getting a discounted interest rate I cannot even begin to imagine what a non VIP customer must be paying I have tried to talk to them directly I get the same response...the terms are explained, it is expensive, and I should pay off early to reduce the cost of the loan (which I always do) No one will explain why no part of my payment was applied to The principal of the loan

With loans using Daily Simple Interest, the interest for each payment is calculated according to the number of days since the loan origination (for the first payment), or the number of days since the previous payment (for all other payments)Daily Simple Interest can result in variances of high principal paydowns on the first payment to minimal or no paydownCustomers always have the option of paying additional payments towards principal at any time.
