I have been in constant contact with Mrs. [redacted] in regards. The stump which our prior salesman was charging $100 for was done by a more equipt company with a larger grinder needed and was paid in full by my company rather than the customer. I had [redacted] concrete rep [redacted] meet with Mr. [redacted] in regards to the concrete repair and the repair was agreed upon with myself, Mr. [redacted] and [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] was made aware that the concrete repair will be completed the week of 4/5-4/11 weather permitting. Due to the constant rain, we weren't able to fix the small dents in their lawn caused by the tree work done but we plan on delivering top soil and grass seed this weekend since it won't be raining. We are working hard to satisfy this issue and will keep both Revdex.com and Mrs. [redacted] aware of the status. We have agreed on all of the above so I'm not quite sure wat it is that Mr. [redacted] is objecting to but ask that he call me directly at my office in regards [redacted]. We work extremely hard on a daily basis and very rarely have mishaps such as this which is why we maintain our A rating with Revdex.com and appreciate the opportunity to satisfy any complaints thru ur department promptly and professionally. Review: My neighbors on 10/9/2015, used this company to remove trees from their home. During the removal process the company allowed the trees to fall onto our fence, causing damage. The fence was stable and firm prior to their damage. The neighbors told us the company was fully insured and will fix the fence. ( as advertised) We've called the company several times to correct this matter. [redacted], ( company owner) , stated she will have to review their video on 10/13/2015. Then [redacted] appeared at our home on 10/15/2915, stated that her husband might be able to use concrete on the fence post to re stabilizer it. Now it's 10/18/2015, and we haven't had any follow up or confirmation. We need our fence fixed. we have a child and a dog that uses our backyard, the fence is unstable and we fear it can fall on them.

One more concern, they're business card states that they gave an "A" rating with the Revdex.com,Desired Settlement: Fix the damages/ fence, as soon as possible.

Review: My wife & I had a tree in the middle of our front lawn that had its roots protruding above the ground level making it difficult to maintain the lawn.

On 4/18/15 we met with the representative of the company to discuss the removal of the tree and the grinding the stump and roots. I made it clear that we wanted the entire project to be handled by a single contractor. The representative, [redacted], assured me that his company was equipped to complete the entire project. He explained that they had two crews, one that would remove the tree followed a few days later by another crew that would grind the stump and roots. He wrote up a proposal that I signed and agreed to start the project during the following week.

The tree was removed on 4/24. [redacted] asked that since the other crew would arrive the following week that we pay for the portion of the project that was completed. I agreed and paid him for the tree removal. [redacted] had met with his boss, the owner and he had complained that the price was a little low. I asked if this was a problem but [redacted] assured me that it was not and he would take care of it.

I was advised on 4/30 that the grinding crew would be at my location that day. They never showed. On 5/1 I was again advised they would be there, they never showed. Again on 5/6 and 5/7 they made the same claim. On 5/9 I was told they would arrive in about 2 hours. They never showed.

It is now my opinion that the owner has decided that they are not going to honor the agreement and will string me along until I give up and go away. I have tried calling the main office to speak directly to the owner but it goes to voice mail and no one ever returns my messages.

In their advertisements they note they have an "A" rating from your organization. I do not feel their actions in handling this situation is indicative of that rating.Desired Settlement: I want the company to complete the project as stipulated in the agreement.

Review: A crew from White Horse Tree Service, LLC. removed a large tree from my property on or about May 3rd, 2013. I negotiated the price and terms of contract with a man named [redacted] on the telephone and agreed to let them perform all of the work while I was not home (I was working). When I returned home, I noticed that several (5) of my outdoor landscape lights had been broken at the base and then replanted in my yard (some at different locations from where they were supposed to be) to make it look like they were still in good working order. When I inspected all 5 lights more carefully, I noticed that none of them worked anymore so I contacted [redacted] and explained what had happened and asked why he simply did not call me to tell me they accidentally broke the lights. [redacted] then proceeded to tell me that one of the lights was already broken and that he or his crew did not break it. When I explained that the light was placed 10 feet where it was supposed to be, he then told me that his crew had to remove/disconnect it so they could move some of the tree parts past it. When I asked a third time, [redacted] told me that it was an accident and that he would come by and repair it the following Monday. I said thank you and then asked what his plan was for the other 4 lights in the area that I found broken. Once again, he told me that it was already broken when he got there. When I told him that my father (a licensed electrician) installed them and I was 100% sure they were in proper working order before he got there, he again told me that he would come by on Monday and replace any lights that they had broken.

The following Monday came and went and [redacted] never showed up. I attempted to call him several times after that and left messages on his voicemail but never received a call back. Today is 5/15/2013 and I have still not heard back from [redacted] and do not expect to hear from them at all. I have since purchased 5 brand new lights and replaced the myself.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the new lights I had to purchase and repair myself. Each new light cost me approximately $5.00. I would like to obtain my $25.00 back from them as soon as possible along with an apology which I never received.

Response:

Our office was unaware of this complaint because our salesman at the time turned in a satisfied work order at the end of the work day. Our office was not contacted in regards by the customer. Also, Revdex.com had sent this complaint to the wrong email address. A check for $25 and an apology letter from our office was delivered to the customer's home this afternoon.
