I was visiting Chicago for graduation event from Cincinnati and I visited the White House Black Market location in Rosemont Il at the outlet mallI purchased items from there which I didn't try on at the time because we were in a hurry, Once I got to the cash register I asked the cashier if I could not fit the items could I return them and she said yes to any whit house lack market locationsMy reason for asking before I purchased them was because I knew I was not from the area and did not want to be stuck with items I could not wearI returned home and tried the items on and did not like how of them fitted and went to return them or exchange at the store and was told by the store associate that I could not do either as the items were bought from a outlet and could not be returned in the regular store and that the had to be returned to a outlet storeMy issue is I would have never purchased the items without trying them on as the only outlet store close to me is a 1/hrs aw

I got a pair of jeans as a xmas gift I never wore them needed the smaller size they had the smaller size but would not return I dont under stand why they would let me exchange

Placed order online for Colorblock Satchel purse on 09/24/ Waited three days, received no email confirmationSent Customer Service an emailNo responsePhoned customer service times and was told different storiesOne Rep.story, there were purses in inventoryThen it's on a 30day back order.Last Rep story, there are plenty in inventoryWent back to White House Black Market website online, its still being advertised as availableThis is advertising.I believe they do not want to honor the $coupon that they sent me to order more merchandise which I did, and that's advertising

$20 email gift card and contacted customer service to get the pin. We regret [redacted] is having difficulty using the e'gfit card and on 12/28/17 our email team offered to reduce her next purchase by $20. No order has been created and no sale in  a store.There are notes in the customer file so anytime she wants to use this now expired gift card to honor it.
