One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal withExtremely glad I no longer reside on their property From no one paying my water bill for a year (included in my rent) to the resident coordinator saying she never spoke to me, the water company or my boyfriend beforeThen for our scheduled walk thru the guy decided to do it on his own an just change the keys an call me to tell me whatever it doesn't matter it's done as if I didn't fit him to my work schedule

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt withI'm fortunate that they fell through on their agreement to lease a property to meIt is almost impossible to reach their officeMultiple calls a day do not get picked up, messages are not returnedThe lease contract itself is highly unusualThey place responsibility for maintenance of appliances and structure of the house on the tenantIt has now been two weeks since they were unable to lease the house to meEven though I verbally confirmed my present address with the leasing agent, they sent my security deposit to a past address, going so far as to insist that I pay a $fee to void the checkThey are now 'waiting for the director's approval' to resend the checkWhen I finally did get in touch with the front desk, the secretary was both evasive and rudeAll in all this is one of the least professional companies I have even has the displeasure of working withI highly recommend anyone considering leasing from them to take their business elsewhere

I moved into a IIP property on July 29th. I had 3 meetings scheduled with Sharon S[redacted] prior to move in. 2 she was over 2 hours late to, and 1 she didn't bother showing up at all. Anyways, I did my walk through on the 25th several things were pointed out. Sharon took note, and assured that they would be fixed prior to move in. Well that was a lie. After moving in I found at least 10 things, 5 very serious that needed to be fixed. 1 being the electrical outlet where the stove plugs into was sparking. The pilot wasn't light and I have 3 small children under 5. So we have no hot water, and cant cook using the stove. The house has a built in microwave above the stove. That outlet isn't getting power, so thats not usable. The back door is not the correct door for the frame, so there is a 1" gab between the top and the bottom. As a result, I have has 2 chipmunks in my home. The front door does not catch, so locking it is useless. I was never given keys to the back, so my home is exposed at all times. The dish washer doesn't work. The tub is backed up despite the 3 bottles of draino, and the bathroom sink is rigged with a bungee chord to keep the stopper down. I have made over 20 calls. Its been nearly 30 days, and not one person has called me back. I've contacted the office, Sharon and maintenance. Not one reply. I will be putting my rent into escrow, and deducting ant out of pocked expenses I've paid.

This company is terrible, there's new management all the time I lived I. One of there properties for a year and the had all new staff three times. My basement was flooded from June until they finally decided to fix it after I put my rent in escrow in November. I moved out and left my fridge for the next person they said they would pay me for it... Long story short they still haven't paid me and I moved out in feb 2015 it's now August 2015 and I still haven't received my money and no one ever calls me back!!! They have bad business practices and I would never recommend there properties to anyone ever!!!!
