I am responding to the three letters we received from you postmarked 03/ I 0/2016, 03/1/and 03/28/The small size of ourcompany and the nature of our business do not lend themselves to allowing the freedom of opening all our mail every dayWe sort itinto groups, incoming payments,
incoming bills and advertisementsThe first groups are taken care of every Saturday, while allother mail is sifted through as I get the chanceThat opportunity happened 04/03/
The technician involved in this incident was myself and while rekeying Ms***'s house, she decided she needed to run anerrandI continued with the business at band and while working on her mail box, (which is a part of a neighborhood cluster of boxeson one post), her neighbor, who's box is also on that post, approached and asked what I was doingHe accepted the explanation of therekey and then asked if we could retrieve combinations to safesAfter asking a few questions to ascertain the make and model I toldhim we could and that he would just have to bring in proof of ownership, picture id and the serial number to the shopNow the mailbox was being particularly difficult to secure properly so I called a second truck and technician in to assistWhile I was waiting for thesecond technician to arrive, the neighbor arrived at my truck with all the paperwork required for his combination searchcalled theshop with the serial number and informed the new customer it usually takes to hours to get a responseHe said he didn't think hewould make it to the shop until the following day as he had things he needed to doThe second technician showed up and we werefinally able to properly secure the mail box in just over minutesI started writing the receipt for Ms***, when I received acall from the shop with the requested combinationSince Ms*** didn't appear to be home yet, I went to the new customershouse and delivered his combination and received the payment there ofI returned to complete Ms***s receipt and saw thatshe was homeWhen I went up to her she inquired what I was doing with her neighborI told her that he bad inquired about retrievingthe combo for his safe and she then informed me that she didn' t like her neighbor and that he was spying on herI apologized to her asI didn' t know
Now as far as the disputed amount of the $trip charge is concerned:II had a second truck and technician called to the location there by providing 100% of time and service of one techniciancommitted to her job without charging for the second truck and technicianWe do not refund money because our company deals with people some of our customers don't likeHad Ms*** remained at home, I could have conducted all business with her before dealing with the neighbor's needs.Based on the facts listed above, we have provided complete and professional service and neither a reimbursement nor a reduction iswarranted and will not be granted

You are a Locksmith and I contacted you for service to address safety / security issues that I been wanting to address due to what I had disclosed to you; DV from Ex partner who had keys It's simple and straight forward; however, it got complicated when you decided to work on my neighbor's safe during the time you were on my job I took hours off of work so I can I let you in my house to change my locks and lock up when you finished Whether or not I left the house to complete errands while you were working is irrelevant to the completion of the task you agreed to do I waited till you got to my house at 9am to take my son to school and returned and we discussed the door frame that you were going to fix but you advised that I fix it myself so I went to Lowe's to get wood putty to address the door frame Around 1pm I checked in with you because I absolutely needed to get to work, you disclosed that you were still working on the mail box and had just worked on my neighbor across the street's safe and that he asked you about the work that I was getting done not only regarding mail box but house "Did she lose all her keys?" was what you told me he said I don't like or dislike any persons but if they behave in a way that interferes with my basic civil rights / safety then it's cause for concern I don't know my neighbor very well and without going into detail but for the sake of giving context to the reasons I needed to up the security is his behavior is a cause for concern that on 3/31/the Auburn Police(Officer ***) recommended that I file an anti-harassment order in regard to further incident My complaint is strictly regarding your business practices: first, I ended up taking hours off of work because you chose to work on my neighbor's safe during my scheduled time, two I'm not certain but being a safe and security company I would imagine that you keep some kind of confidentiality regarding customer work I finally left after I was able to lock up the house and have you leave the mail key in the mail box whenever you finished As I have mentioned I thought you did good work; however, I was clear about what I needed done and it's up to your professional judgement what you need / prepare to complete that work The fact that you had to call for another truck / staff to help is not something that we had spoke of when the work was ordered nor mentioned when I left the house See below regarding my original complaint

Original Complaint:Hello My name is *** *** I'm writing about invoice #*** and my services yesterday morning at 9am to 1:30pmI had called on Sunday the day prior spoke to Cheryl and set up time for her to come out and change my locks at my home, re key my mail box, etcI'm a single mom working full time and because the security of my home is important with a restraining order on the child of my father as a result of Domestic ViolenceI appreciate her coming out the next day as I took around three hours of personal time off work to get this doneHowever, I found out that while I was waiting for her to complete this work she made the decision to also work on my neighbor's lock/safe issue during my timeThis upsets me primarily on the principle that I was billed $dollars for her to come out and complete work for me; she should have done my work first then hisInstead of taking three hours of work off I had to take hours of personal leave timeI appreciate how thorough Cheryl, this technician is but I don't appreciate how she worked on another customer's job during my timeI request that this situation be resolved with a credit of $back on credit cardShe's charging to come out to my home and she used that time to do someone else's work when she should of finished my work and then work on his if that's what she chooses to doI don't think the Revdex.com would say this is best practices in how to operate a business like yoursAgain, the work she did was fine and she was thorough but how long I had to wait due to the technician servicing someone else on my time is not okayI look forward to your callSincerely, *** *** Customer *** ***
