My wife and I were looking to get our roof redone after moving into our place in the Coquitlam area and these guys ended up being our choice
TLDR: These guys are legit, would recommend, and use them again
We shopped around a little bit to get some quotes, these guys were the first to get back to us, and offered to see the roof within a couple of weeks of contacting themAs our roof was in pretty urgent need of repair this worked well for usThe other companys either didn't respond to our emails or phonecalls, or couldn't get out to see us to give us a quote for another month
When the fellow came by to give us a quote, he gave us all the information we asked for about the type of shingle they would be using and how it was applied to the roof, and how much it would cost if the underlying plywood had to be replacedHe also gave us estimates about how long it would take and roughly when they would be able to book us in for should we choose them for their service
During the job, it became clear that the plywood would probably have to be replaced, either then, or in the next years or soThey were able to give us an estimate about the time it would take to do, and how much it would costWe ended up going with it for the peace of mind, and the price was still within our budget
As part of the cost of the roofing we had new roof vents put inBefore having the roof replaced we found that inside our house it seemed a little damp, after getting the new roof and vents it no longer feels damp, and the house seems to retain more heatBoth brilliant things
Overall I would highly recommend these guys, for their quality of service and there professionalism

We would like to extend our positive review to the community about White Mountain and their team. From the receptionist/ office manager to Dave and his workers, it is all topnotch friendly professional customer service and quality. Dave is a knowledgeable foreman with attention to detail, efficiency and workmanship. No corners cut and no fooling around on his jobsite! They showed up every morning as indicated and cleaned up each day leaving no trail behind other than the needed storage of their supplies. OTHER roofing companies in the area loaded product onto their customer's roof beyond safe weight capacity but White Mountain was always thinking about long term consequences and would tread very carefully on the rooftop., It was extraordinary that they would place plywood over our decks and shield our windows or plants in order to protect it from falling debris. When it got warm, they would hose down the new shingles to keep them from shifting. At the end of each day, everything was picked up and blown down. Dave took it upon himself to place additional protective lining on the roof in vulnerable areas just to ensure extra protection. Our house looks amazing ! People come around the corner and pretty well take a second glance just to admire the change. This company may spend a bit of extra time doing the job but it is for justifiable reasons - quality workmanship done the correct way! Pro Image Gutters were meticulous as they carefully installed the gutters and re-situated the downspouts in better locations. They were pleasant to deal with as well.
We feel confident is giving this review and we already have recommended White Mountain to our friends.
